6. Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Fishery, and Poultry:
To initiate commercial activities in agriculture, livestock, fishery, and poultry farming by making comprehensive preparations and applying advanced technologies, and to establish distribution centers and shops for supplying and selling the produced goods to areas of demand within the country and abroad.
7. Research and Analysis for Agricultural and Animal Enterprises:
To carry out facilitation and implementation of agricultural, livestock, fisheries, and poultry-related businesses through qualified technical experts by preparing documents related to research, analysis, feasibility, marketing, and disease control.
8. Water Resource Research and Purification:
To identify and research various water sources, assess their quality, collect water, and purify it using water filtration plants. To produce clean, purified, health-enhancing mineral water, and distribute it in bottles, gallons, jars, and tankers after quality testing and proper packaging for sale domestically and internationally.
9. Soft Drinks and Carbonated Beverages:
To produce and sell high-quality health-friendly soft drinks, juices, carbonated water, soda water, tonic water, and mineral soft drinks.
10. Water Supply Contracts and Distribution:
The company shall participate in contracts, tenders, or bids related to water supply projects. It may also sell and distribute water directly through company representatives or sales counters, or through third parties.
1. High-Priority Minerals Recognized by the Government of Nepal:
To explore, research, conduct feasibility studies, document, process, and coordinate the commercialization of highly significant minerals recognized by the Government of Nepal such as gold, uranium, platinum, thorium, diamond, ruby, sapphire, emerald, and corundum, and to sell and distribute them in national and international markets in accordance with regulations.
2. Valuable and Precious Minerals:
To explore, research, provide consultation, and conduct extraction of valuable and precious minerals such as zinc, silver, lead, copper, nickel, cobalt, tin, tungsten, molybdenum, beryllium, niobium, tantalum, chromium, vanadium, bismuth, titanium, topaz, tourmaline, garnet, aquamarine, kyanite, beryl, crystal, quartz, magnesite, natural gas, limestone, phosphate, feldspar, calcite, dolomite, shaligram, graphite, gypsum, aluminum, iron, and polymetals, and to check quality, market, and sell/distribute them within the country and abroad in accordance with Government of Nepal regulations.
3. Common Minerals:
To research, consult, extract, market, and sell/distribute various stone-based materials classified as common minerals including salt, ochre, industrial clay, regular clay, fire clay, sand, stone coal, marble, granite, syenite, quartzite, general construction stones, gravel, slate, decorative stones, etc., in compliance with applicable laws.
4. Coordination with Concerned Authorities:
To obtain permission, affiliations, and licenses from relevant stakeholders including local municipalities, provincial offices, ministries, departments, federal offices, and ministries, and to coordinate and collaborate with all levels of government. Activities such as mineral extraction, quality assessment, transportation to market, and sales/distribution shall be carried out according to prevailing laws through participation in contracts, tenders, and bids.
5. Medicinal Herbs Found in Various Districts of Nepal:
To collect, process, and distribute medicinal herbs such as Yarsagumba, amla, atis, niramsi, sugandha, kokila, bopo, chirhata, ved, dalchini, daru haldi, salmitri, guchhi chyau (morel mushroom), pipla, kaulo bark, yellow kurilo, majidha, pakhanved, shikakai, reetha, satwa, sugandhawal, tejpat, padamchal, kakar sidhi, jatamasi, kutki, harro, barro, suttho, lautha salla, bishma jara, khote salla, buke flower, chimalko flower, makhamali flower, sunapate flower, rhododendron flower, chilawne seed, forest bitter gourd, dhupi seed, jhyau (lichen), chiraito, titepati, shilajit, honey, walnut, pangra, bish jara, bhutkesh root, sisnu root, belouni root and bark, kurilo root, chhutruko bark, tejpat, sal leaves, thingure salla leaves, panch aungley, samayo root, sour root, saretto root, kut root, katari root, mangra root, jyo seed, uttis, timur seed, dhupi salla leaves, sandalwood, malagiri seed, bhutkesh, banjira, ban jwano, pukako lokta, bhagoko lokta, pipal, pipali, among others.
